Join In The May Family Fun At Mount Calvary Church
Mount Calvary Lutheran Church of Lititz, PA welcomes our sister congregation, Calvary Lutheran Church of Mechanicsburg, to celebrate the Feast of the Ascension of Our Lord with us on Thursday, May 29 at 7:00 PM. An ice cream social will be held immediately following the Divine Service. Join us as we rejoice in our God who has conquered death and hell, and now reigns victoriously, upon whose return we anxiously await.
Neffsville Nursing & Rehabilitation is observing National Skilled Nursing Care Week May 11- 17. To celebrate the hard work of the staff, we are collecting funds to purchase a variety of Gift Cards to be given to the activity director as she plans prizes during that time. Please consider giving to this cause by dropping your monetary donation in the designated box on the credenza in the narthex. Gift cards will then be purchased with your donations. For the past 3 years, Pastor Seifferlein has conducted a worship service at Neffsville twice a month with an average of 32 residents and two staff in attendance. A team of 10 Mount Calvary members assist the residents during the service. Thank you for your donation.
House of His Creation and Lititz Springs Inn present a Mother’s Day Tea Party “Celebrating Moms & Making a Difference” on Sunday, May 11 from 1 – 3:30PM at Lititz Springs Inn. Tickets can be purchased for $25 at Lititz Springs Inn (CASH ONLY) or online at hohc.org. A buffet style menu of mini sandwiches, fruits, teas, cookies, soup, and more will be served. Bring a baby boy item for free entry for their raffle. All proceeds benefit House of His Creation.
