9th Sunday after Trinity at the Lutheran Church in Lititz
At Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Lititz, PA this past Sunday we read Luke 16:1-13 and heard the curious story of a manager who was fired for misappropriating his master’s funds (The Parable of the Dishonest Manager). We will learned about the gifts and treasures, both physical and spiritual, that He has richly entrusted to us. We rejoiced to welcome Seminarian Jacob Stefanec with us this Sunday. Vicar Stefanec is from Mohawk, NY and recently completed his vicarage (internship) year at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton, Iowa. He will begin his final (fourth) year of studies at Concordia Theological Seminary this fall, where he will await a call and ordination into the pastorate of the LCMS.

Dining Night Out with Mount Calvary
Dining Out Night will be held on Tuesday, September 2 at 6:00 PM for food and fellowship. We will be dining at Olde Lincoln House, 1398 W. Main St., Ephrata. Please sign up on the sheet in the narthex or send a note through the contact page. This is a great way to spend an evening getting to know each other.
