A Call to Cleaning Our Church: November 23rd

OUR NOVEMBER 16 CLEANING DAY HAS BEEN CANCELED! The schedule for inspections and contractor final cleaning has been shifted back a week. Therefore, we cannot clean or move into our new rooms until November 23. So please mark your calendar to help us make the final push on Saturday, November 23 as we tackle the KITCHEN, COFFEE ROOM, CHOIR ROOM, SACRISTY, ROBING ROOM, HALLWAYS, SOCIAL HALL and MOVE CHANCEL FURNITURE and baptismal font back into new sanctuary! ALL HANDS ARE NEEDED TO ACCOMPLISH THIS LARGE UNDERTAKING! Please sign up on the sheet in the narthex or contact the church office.

The Twenty-Fourth Sunday after Trinity

As the church year draws to a close, we hear two accounts in the life of our Lord. Jesus helps the woman with the flow of blood and raises up Jairus’ 12-year-old from death. In this life death plagues us, and we look to Jesus for help and hope. Join us as we recall the promise of the resurrection of the body and the life of the world to come.
