Jesus Christ is The Good Shepherd

Jesus is the Good Shepherd. He gave His life for the sheep. Risen from the dead, He continues to lead us to the green pastures of His Word and the living waters of Baptism and Holy Communion. He leads us through the valley of the shadow of death, to eternal life. All we like sheep have gone astray, but now we have returned to the Shepherd and Ruler of our souls.

Bible Study in Lancaster Happens at Mount Calvary Church

Review the Adult Bible Class at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church as this week we will be reading Daniel chapter 3. King Nebuchadnezzar erects an image of gold and threatens to throw into a Fiery Furnace any person who does not bow down and worship the image. We will consider Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and their respectful unwillingness to comply, as well as the fourth visitor that appears with them in the furnace to converse with them. Mount Calvary Announcements for this Week

Our upcoming Congregational Meeting on April 28 at 10:30AM will update the congregation on past and future activities of each Board on the Church Council. We will also provide updates on the renovations to our building. Board reports will be emailed to all members on Friday, April 26. Printed copies will be provided upon request.
