Good Friday – Good Friday is part of the sacred three-day observance of Christ’s Passion that stretches from the evening of Maundy Thursday to the celebration on Easter Sunday morning. The name may have originally been “God’s Friday,” but it is certainly also “good” because of the good gifts that Christ won for us on this day.
