Congregation Meeting Coming Up

A Congregational Meeting will be held Sunday, November 17following the Worship Service. This meeting will include voting to approve the Budget for 2025 and fill several leadership positions. The following is a list of candidates for election for these positions: Chairperson of Witness and Outreach – Nancy Marshall; Chairperson of Trustees – Eric Velkly; Chairperson of Finance – Ron Allison; Chairperson of Education – open; Chairperson of Worship – open. The proposed 2025 Budget is available here. Print copies will be provided upon request. Please review the proposed Budget prior to the meeting. To save time at the meeting, please submit questions and comments on the Budget to Jim Esterby prior to the meeting by email or in writing, placed in his Church mailbox in the narthex. Thank you in advance for your participation in this important meeting.

All Saints’ Day Service at Mount Calvary

On All Saints’ Sunday we gather to remember those in our midst who have died in the faith in the past year. We recount that they have fought the good fight of faith and now rest from their labors and pray also that we might be faithful unto death. We renew our fight here as the church militant. We thank the Lord for all the saints that He has preserved through this vale of tears, and how He is preserving us through His Word & Holy Sacraments.
