Join the Sanctuary Dedication Services This Weekend

Tomorrow night, on Saturday, November 30, is the first part of our dedication weekend as there will be a Saturday Evening Prayer service at 6:00 PM. Come early to enjoy special music beforehand at 5:45 PM. The Bishop Jeffrey Miskus will serve as the liturgist and Pastor Seifferlein will preach on Saturday. Coffee and cake will be devoured after the service while enjoying conversation with the Confessional Christian families of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Lancaster Pa. On Sunday December First we will have our main Divine Service of blessing and dedication of the new sanctuary. We will gather in the narthex and wait until our bishop “opens the doors.” We will enter the sanctuary as the room, font, pews, organ, and communion rail are blessed. At this service our bishop will preach. After the service we will have a meal in our fellowship hall. Following our meal, we will get a chance to meet our English District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod bishop and receive an update on the ministry and mission of the English District in American and beyond. All are welcome to attend this Joyous Celebration of Christ’s gifts in Lancaster Pa.
