Studying God’s Word About Elijah and the Idols Served Today

Men’s Bible Study Breakfast was held at 7:30 AM on Saturday, April 27 at the Lititz Family Cupboard Restaurant, 12 W. Newport Rd., Lititz. Many members and new friends enjoyed a hearty breakfast and good conversation with your brothers in Christ. This month we continued our study on men in the bible as we look at the life of Elijah. Join us as we strengthen our understanding in our God-given roles as men in our lives, church, and world.

It was a lively event with many men gathered around His word and discussion. We were blessed with a few tables of additional students, including 7 children under 7, as the restaurant overflowed with hungry customers, who happened to be from another local church. We persisted through all the distractions of youth and coffee mugs and sippy cups clanking, only by the Reverend Seifferlein’s vast experience of speaking and preaching over the noise of young little children, a skill that is unknown at the church our friends attended, as their children are shipped off to other rooms and entertainment, as soon as they enter. Regardless of age or willingness to be in our seats, everyone received a sound bible based exposition of the text at study from our Lutheran Pastor.
